Belly Dancing

Learn the basics of belly dancing. Learn how to move your hips, get a workout, increase your flexibility, and so much more. Belly dancing is a low-intensity workout that is great for any body type and age and is so much fun. Start the session with an overview of moves and learn rhythm, counting, and basic layering, then introduce travelling steps. Brush up on your technique or start from scratch. No previous dance experience required. Class is appropriate for beginner to advanced beginner level. Come and shimmy with us.
