How does a virtual class work? You will receive the recipes and on-demand ZOOM video link, a free online software, to the class in your confirmation email. Can’t make the class? No worries, we will record the class and email you a link to watch the replay a day after the class.

Learn how to make Chicken Marsala for Two that is full of flavor - fork tender chicken, crispy pancetta, earthy mushrooms, roasted shallots smothered in a rich Marsala sauce. We will serve this with mashed potatoes and asparagus with a cranberry vinaigrette. In this 90-minute class, join Pam as she shares tips on how to cooking fork tender chicken, crisping pancetta and making a rich Marsala sauce. Join the class virtually to cook a long or grab a favorite beverage, settle in and watch how to make a simple soup supper for two. This is a virtual cooking class program walking you through making one of Pam’s favorite meals to make in the early spring. Cooking is about confidence and it is her hope to inspire you to try a new recipe after each immersive experience.

I’m Pam, a Minnetonka home cook and recipe-maker behind Our Table 4 2, a community for home cooks recapturing the joy of preparing and sharing a good meal when there are two at the table.

I’m passionate about discovering new recipes for two that have a fantastic outcome and do not require loads of time or know-how. My hope is to inspire a joy for cooking for two, as well as the courage to try something new!

To my love of cooking, I bring years of work-place experience as a market research expert for large and small companies. I worked side-by-side with Betty Crocker recipe developers and testers as well as product development teams of local and national food brands.
