You’re invited to a free Mental Health and Well-Being Adult Enrichment Event sponsored by Osseo Area Schools Community Education Program Advisory Council (CEPAC). This free Mental Health and Well-Being Adult Enrichment Event theme is “Connect, Energize and Learn”. Join us for a morning dedicated to adult personal growth, mental health and well-being. This free adult enrichment event is designed to bring together community members, talented enrichment instructors, professionals and passionate Community Education staff and volunteers for a time to connect, learn, and rejuvenate. The schedule of enrichment classes will include a variety of interests and topics to engage adult learning. Event goals for attendees include: Build meaningful relationships Discover enrichment opportunities available through Osseo Area Schools Community Education Expand mental health and well-being knowledge and skills This is a free event. Registration is required and space is limited. Build a paddle boat, a bird house, trophy stand and garden tote. You will learn to measure, cut, sand, paint and then take home each project you build. You will learn about the use of basic tools (hammers, nails, screwdriver, measuring tape, t-square and more). SAFETY IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY. No power tools will be used in camp. Students should wear clothes that can get paint on them.
