Classes specifically designed for parents and infants. Families stay together the entire class time. Registration is based on the age of the child at the start date of each class.
For Parents and Children 12 - 24 months. Children must be 1 or older by September 1, 2023.
Specially designed classes for parents and children ages 2 to 5 years old. Children must be 2 or older by September 1, 2023.
Mixed Age adventures for parents and children age birth to 5 years old. Parent and child separating time will be determined by the needs of the group.

Class takes place on Zoom a free online software. You will receive instructions on how to access the class prior to it starting. Please have a current email on file with us. If you need to cancel and you have already been sent a link for the class, you will not receive a refund. You may contact us about transferring your enrollment to another participant.
Travel along the Silk Road as we visit the ancient cities of Uzbekistan. Begin and end in Tashkent, the capital city, that has reinvented itself after a century of Soviet occupation. Next stop will be Samarkand, a city of mosques and madrassa, built in the 15th century by Temur Amir, 14th Century conqueror and modern-day hero of the Uzbeks. Then, you’ll join the throngs of holiday-goers for the Goldbroidery Festival in the timeless city of Bukhara to enjoy song, dance, and shopping for treasures.
June Anderson has had the opportunity to visit many “faraway places with strange sounding names," thanks to her son's career in the Foreign Service. She has visited Uzbekistan twice, once in 2002 and again in 2022.
