The Early Childhood Parent Advisory Council (ECPTO) consists of families dedicated to supporting Osseo Area Schools Early Childhood and Family Education programs - ECFE, Preschool and PreK, and Early Childhood Screening.
Connect, play, and learn with your baby in a space made just for infants. Explore songs, routines, and parenting topics—all with your baby by your side. Register based on your child’s age when the class starts.
Play, explore, and grow with your one-year-old. Parent time covers real-life topics like safety, language, and routines. Separation based on group comfort. Registration is based on the age of the child at the start date of each class.
Parenting support from the comfort of home. Connect with others and a licensed parent educator on Google Meet. Class details and login info will be emailed before the first session.
One-time Saturday classes for families with young children—indoors, outdoors, and always full of fun. Explore hands-on themes, yoga, and nature play together. Register based on your child’s age when the class starts.

Session II: Winter/Spring 2026 ECFE Lottery Registration Lottery registration for Winter/Spring 2026 ECFE classes will be open from November 25 to December 16, 2025.
The lottery will be held on December 17, 2025.
Community Education’s winter/spring guidebook which contains ECFE classes is coming soon!
Guidebooks will be mailed to households in the next few weeks and will also be available for pick-up at Arbor View and Willow Lane Early Childhood Centers. In the meantime, view the guidebook online.
To help us serve more families, class registration is limited. Each child may register for one ECFE class (7+ weeks) and one specialty class:
Both the ECFE classes (7+ weeks) and the specialty classes have their own lottery. Registering for one does not exclude them from the other!
