The Early Childhood Parent Advisory Council (ECPTO) consists of families dedicated to supporting Osseo Area Schools Early Childhood and Family Education programs - ECFE, Preschool and PreK, and Early Childhood Screening.

Classes specifically designed for parents and infants. Families stay together the entire class time. Registration is based on the age of the child at the start date of each class.

Mixed Age adventures for parents and children age birth to 5 years old. Parent and child separating time will be determined by the needs of the group.

Registration for Summer 2025 opened on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 6 a.m.
During the week of March 24, Kidstop will begin accepting Summer contracts, in the order they were submitted, and based on current staffing levels. Our office team processes contracts one at a time. With the volume of registrations we have received, this process will take place over the coming weeks. Kidstop is actively hiring staff for the summer program, and staffing will continue to change in the coming weeks. Staffing has been and will continue to be a top priority. Waitlist communication if needed will be sent by April 18.
