Whether you're new to yoga or have practiced for years, this calming class offers a peaceful space to relax and recharge. You'll enjoy deep stretches and gentle poses that help release tension, support your joints, and leave you feeling refreshed.

Bring a comfortable yoga mat. You’re welcome to bring blocks, straps, bolsters, or towels—whatever helps you feel supported. There’s no pressure and no expectations—just time for you to move, breathe, and feel better.

With over 25 years of practice, Lisa has honed her skills and deepened her understanding by completing over 400 hours of yoga teacher training with Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and CorePower yoga. Lisa believes that yoga transcends the physical realm, expanding to mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. Regardless of age or background, everyone can explore yoga. Lisa's passion for teaching stems from her desire to share this transformative practice with others.
