You’re invited to a free Mental Health and Well-Being Adult Enrichment Event sponsored by Osseo Area Schools Community Education Program Advisory Council (CEPAC).

This free Mental Health and Well-Being Adult Enrichment Event theme is “Connect, Energize and Learn”.

Join us for a morning dedicated to adult personal growth, mental health and well-being. This free adult enrichment event is designed to bring together community members, talented enrichment instructors, professionals and passionate Community Education staff and volunteers for a time to connect, learn, and rejuvenate.

The schedule of enrichment classes will include a variety of interests and topics to engage adult learning. Event goals for attendees include:

  • Build meaningful relationships
  • Discover enrichment opportunities available through Osseo Area Schools Community Education
  • Expand mental health and well-being knowledge and skills

This is a free event. Registration is required and space is limited.

SCHEDULE/AGENDA

8–8:50 a.m. Arrival and check-in

Connect with attendees and free continental breakfast

9–9:50 a.m. Welcome and Keynote Speaker

Erin, a parent, speaker, educator, and writer, brings 20 years of experience in child and adolescent development to communities nationwide. Co-founder of Spark & Stitch Institute, she's known for her engaging, humorous approach, addressing complex topics with science-backed strategies. Her work, including a bestseller, influences families, educators, and organizations internationally.

10-11:50 a.m. Session One hybrid class offering:

Attendees choose to attend this class only. At the beginning of the class, seating is first come, first served and limited to 25 attendees. If the class reaches capacity, attendees will be encouraged to attend another class.

Attendees can choose one class to attend during session two. At the beginning of each class, seating is first come, first served and limited to 25 attendees per class. If a class reaches capacity, attendees will be encouraged to attend another class.

  6. From Chaos to Confidence: Reclaim Your Fashion Style & Embrace Sustainable Living - Instructor: Carol Halbur
  7. Functional, Fit and Fun Mom - Instructor: Kristina Walker

Event sponsor: Osseo Area Schools Community Education Program Advisory Council (CEPAC):

  • Assist in the development of the district's Community Education program.
  • Promote citizen involvement in the planned activities of Community Education.
  • Foster positive communications between school and community.
  • Work with civic, faith-based, service and government organizations when necessary to provide for the needs of the community.
