Discover the power of solar energy in this hands‑on camp. You will learn how to cook meals, dry food for storage, and purify water using only the sun—no electricity, gas, or charcoal needed. By the end of camp, you will build a mini solar oven to take home and receive an edible microgreen plant. This class combines science, sustainability, and creativity in a fun, practical way.
