The Early Childhood Parent Advisory Council (ECPTO) consists of families dedicated to supporting Osseo Area Schools Early Childhood and Family Education programs - ECFE, Preschool and PreK, and Early Childhood Screening.
Classes specifically designed for parents and infants. Families stay together the entire class time. Registration is based on the age of the child at the start date of each class.
Mixed Age adventures for parents and children age birth to 5 years old. Parent and child separating time will be determined by the needs of the group.

Are you one of the many people who have recently bought a new home that needs some renovating? Just getting around to updating your current home? Don't have the budget or are convinced you can do it yourself, but just need a little guidance and instruction so you can enamel with confidence and take out the risk of making the situation messy? Well, look no further! I have kept myself busy enameling hundreds of kitchens and trim work throughout hundreds of homes. "De-Oaking" is a trend that won't be going away anytime soon and can really make your existing space so much brighter. Allow me to guide you through this step-by-step process from cleaning and prepping the wood to priming and enameling. Save yourself thousands of dollars and learn how to give yourself a professionally painted looking kitchen and living space! Please wear clothing that you can get dirty and full of paint. Closed toe shoes preferred. A $50 supply fee is included in your class fee.
My name is Jamie! I come from a long line of tradesmen and have owned and operated my own home improvement business, called Anything But Ordinary, for the past 12 years. I have a degree in carpentry and multiple certificates in faux finishes, concrete floor coatings and home inspections. I have experience and knowledge in all areas of the home and am all about empowering women to be comfortable taking on any home improvement project at the DIY(do-it-yourself) level. Eventually, I would love to offer classes on light electrical and light plumbing and general maintenance of a home. When I am not running my home improvement business I am tending grapevines on my vineyard, traveling this big beautiful world and volunteering with a local animal rescue, working on their education committee to teach youth how to properly care for animals, as well as helping with their local and Texas transports. I am also a board member for a non-profit organization that helps local veterans with their honey-do lists. I love being able to provide multiple communities with a positive presence and am looking forward to working with more Maple Grove and Osseo community members on strengthening their abilities to become empowered and confident in their homes.
