The Early Childhood Parent Advisory Council (ECPTO) consists of families dedicated to supporting Osseo Area Schools Early Childhood and Family Education programs - ECFE, Preschool and PreK, and Early Childhood Screening.
Classes specifically designed for parents and infants. Families stay together the entire class time. Registration is based on the age of the child at the start date of each class.
Online Parenting Classes
Mixed Age adventures for parents and children age birth to 5 years old. Parent and child separating time will be determined by the needs of the group.

Are you wanting to save money on cakes that actually look good and taste good as well? Nancy will show you many super simple ideas for making the most beautiful cakes. You will go home with easy, yet stunning cakes each week. No experience is necessary as this is a "beginner on up" class. You will be surprised at what you can do with just a cake and some yummy frosting and trims. Supply fee of $16.00 payable to instructor at class.
Nancy Burgeson, a skilled and knowledgeable instructor, has 45 years experience baking and teaching. She is periodically featured on Twin Cities Live, KSTP Channel 5, and has won numerous awards at county and state fairs.
