The Early Childhood Parent Advisory Council (ECPTO) consists of families dedicated to supporting Osseo Area Schools Early Childhood and Family Education programs - ECFE, Preschool and PreK, and Early Childhood Screening.
Classes specifically designed for parents and infants. Families stay together the entire class time. Registration is based on the age of the child at the start date of each class.
Online Parenting Classes
Mixed Age adventures for parents and children age birth to 5 years old. Parent and child separating time will be determined by the needs of the group.

What could be better than chocolate, caramel, pecans, and more? In this class, you will mix, bake, and assemble a decadent 3-layer cake. With guidance from Nancy, each student will create and take home a deliciously gooey chocolate masterpiece, perfect for sharing with family and friends - if you can resist keeping it all for yourself! $16 supply fee payable to instructor at class.
Nancy Burgeson, a skilled and knowledgeable instructor, has 45 years experience baking and teaching. She is periodically featured on Twin Cities Live, KSTP Channel 5, and has won numerous awards at county and state fairs.
