Classes specifically designed for parents and infants. Families stay together the entire class time. Registration is based on the age of the child at the start date of each class.

Mixed Age adventures for parents and children age birth to 5 years old. Parent and child separating time will be determined by the needs of the group.

Caregiver & Baby Yoga (pre-crawling babies)
Babies and their caregivers bond through loving touch, sight, sound, music, and movement. While incorporating your little one into the yoga sequence, you'll receive a nurturing, strengthening practice crafted with postpartum safe movements. Join a warm, supportive community of new parents/caregivers— essential during the fourth trimester or postpartum period! Class consists of 60 minutes of yoga combined with 30 minutes of parent discussion and infant massage. Instructor Laura Honeck, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, M.Ed. in Parent and Family Education. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel for each participant. No previous yoga experience necessary. Adult participants must be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance
