The Early Childhood Parent Advisory Council (ECPTO) consists of families dedicated to supporting Osseo Area Schools Early Childhood and Family Education programs - ECFE, Preschool and PreK, and Early Childhood Screening.
Classes specifically designed for parents and infants. Families stay together the entire class time. Registration is based on the age of the child at the start date of each class.
Mixed Age adventures for parents and children age birth to 5 years old. Parent and child separating time will be determined by the needs of the group.

Create a stained glass mosaic butterfly, dragonfly or lizard and add a piece of custom artwork to your home or garden. This is a thoughtful, handmade gift or a beautiful addition to your own home. Bring an old towel, rubber gloves and dress to get messy. $25 supply fee payable to instructor at class.
Peggy comes to us with over 20 years of Community Education teaching experience. She has taught classes in Anoka-Hennepin, Forest Lake, St. Francis, North Branch, Spring Lake Park, Elk River and Braham school districts. She enjoys teaching people new techniques and is excited with their reactions when they accomplish it.
