   Tired of doing the same old exercises to reduce your chronic pain and/or improve your balance? Join us and learn a gentle way of moving that will improve your balance, range of motion, mental and physical capacity, and relaxation. You will also learn techniques to reduce your pain, decrease your risk of falling, and improve your immunity. “Play Tai Chi” with us and improve your quality of life.     

Christine T. Morgan

Christine has been practicing Tai Chi since the mid 80s and teaching for approximately 20 years. She teaches Yang Short Form, SUN Forms, Tai Chi Ruler, Bang Stick, and different forms of Qigong. Christine is a Certified Tai Chi Instructor, Certified Qigong Instructor, and Certified Level III American Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor (over 3,000 hours of teaching students).
