The Early Childhood Parent Advisory Council (ECPTO) consists of families dedicated to supporting Osseo Area Schools Early Childhood and Family Education programs - ECFE, Preschool and PreK, and Early Childhood Screening.
Classes specifically designed for parents and infants. Families stay together the entire class time. Registration is based on the age of the child at the start date of each class.
Online Parenting Classes
Mixed Age adventures for parents and children age birth to 5 years old. Parent and child separating time will be determined by the needs of the group.

Steve Finkelstein is a Certified Financial Planner with over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout his distinguished career, he founded and managed three successful financial planning firms, where he guided hundreds of clients through the complexities of estate planning and financial management. With a deep understanding of financial needs and challenges faced by individuals and families, Steve is passionate about helping people ensure their legacies are well-preserved for their loved ones.
Now retired from practicing as a Certified Financial Planner, Steve feels honored to continue contributing to his community in new ways. He lives in Plymouth, MN with his wife, Stacy. The couple enjoys spending time with their three adult children and grandchild, and Steve remains an avid enthusiast of outdoor activities.
