Alin (Alina) is a nonfiction writer who draws from her diverse life experiences and expertise in business, engineering, science, and food. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Additionally, she earned an MBA in Finance and Business Economics from Wayne State University, along with a Certificate in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell University. After a successful 30-year career in the energy sector (and over-busy-working-mom), Alina has shifted her focus to food and the everyday processes that influence our nutrition. She developed the Re-Engineering the KitchenTM program to help individuals turn vague nutritional goals into concrete, actionable plans.
