Sitting too much can make your lower body muscles weak and saggy. In this class, you’ll learn easy and powerful exercises to help:

  • Build strength in your legs and hips
  • Boost your metabolism and bone health
  • Lose inches from your lower body
  • Reduce water weight
  • Improve your mood and energy

You’ll also learn breathing techniques to help burn fat and acupressure points to help your body drain and heal. These exercises are great if you don’t want to go to the gym—they’re simple, effective, and can be done at home.

What you’ll need: A resistance band tied in a loop for some of the exercises.
