You don’t have to be skinny — but you can be strong! In this online class, you’ll learn how to build strength in your arms, back, shoulders, chest, hips, butt, and thighs using resistance bands. Best part? You can do these exercises while watching TV or listening to music!

Strong muscles help boost your metabolism, protect your bones, make everyday tasks easier, and help you stay active as you age. These simple exercises fit into even the busiest schedule and are great for improving your overall health and wellness. You’ll need a resistance band for some of the exercises.

This class is held live online through Zoom. Please make sure we have your current email so we can send you the Zoom link and PDF handouts before class. If you can’t attend live, you can still sign up and watch the recording later. The instructor also offers follow-up support, so feel free to reach out with questions before or after class.
