Online: A Taste of Tuscany: Handcrafted Ricotta Gnocchi Meal

Adult Enrichment / Cooking & Nutrition -
Adult W-SP 26

Held on Zoom – Please make sure we have your current email so we can send you the link before class starts. You’ll also get PDF handouts with recipes and instructions.

Get ready to cook along and enjoy a delicious Italian-inspired meal from your own kitchen! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make soft and tasty Ricotta Gnocchi, paired with creamy Tuscan herb sauce and tender chicken. You’ll also bake a warm, French-style loaf of bread to go with your meal.

This class is fun, interactive, and perfect for anyone who loves cooking or wants to try something new. You’ll get a list of ingredients ahead of time so you can shop and prep if you want to cook along (optional but encouraged!). A stand mixer with a dough hook is helpful for the bread, and a gnocchi board is optional.

Her father was also a trained chef who brought the magic of food to life in another form on the weekends as they cooked elaborate family meals together. Tess is proficient and experienced in creating cook-along experiences and curriculum for conventional cooking, baking, pressure-cooking, air frying, pizza making, Mediterranean Cooking, and meal preparation as well. More recently, she has expanded her creativity and experience in the creation of Cooking Master Classes!

Through her teaching, Tess has helped people of all skill levels increase their confidence and expand their skills in the kitchen reaching heights of their own personal creativity that they never new existed, all while having fun and creating memories to last a lifetime.

Her motto, eloquently put, is to make “dishing” delicious, and simple. Tess has recently started writing her first cookbook, and her food blog is also in the works!
