Held on Zoom – please make sure we have your current email so we can send you the login link and ingredient list before class starts. This class meets in two sessions: February 10 at 7 p.m. and February 12 at 1 p.m.

Join Tess for a fun, hands-on cooking class and learn how to make Banh Mi—Vietnam’s famous sandwich! It’s a tasty mix of French and Vietnamese flavors, with crispy baguettes, flavorful meats, fresh and pickled veggies, herbs, and bold sauces.

In this class, you’ll learn how to:

  • Bake bakery-style baguettes
  • Marinate and cook char siu chicken
  • Quick-pickle colorful vegetables
  • Mix a zesty mayo spread
  • Put it all together into a delicious sandwich

Prefer to keep it simple? You can bring your own baguettes and focus on the fillings and assembly. Cooking along is optional but highly recommended!

  • Tess’s recipes are original and will be published in her cookbook. If you cancel after receiving the recipe or ingredient list, refunds are not available.
