Want to turn your personal stories into powerful writing? Whether you’re working on a memoir, how-to guide, blog post, or article, this class will help you get started. You’ll learn how to choose strong topics, find your writing voice, and organize your ideas clearly. You’ll also explore different nonfiction formats and learn tips for writing great openings, using research, and polishing your work.

The instructor, LeeAnne Krusemark, is a former journalist, published author and editor, and teaches publishing at colleges across the country—including Harvard’s adult education program.

LeeAnne is an author, speaker, business owner, Chamber of Commerce Past President, and guest instructor at more than 200 colleges and other learning institutions from Maine to Hawaii, as well as an adjunct online professor of publishing through Ed2Go at more than 2,000 facilities worldwide, including Harvard.
