Want to write a short story and share your ideas with others? In this beginner-friendly online class, you’ll learn how to create a story with interesting characters, action, and dialogue. You’ll also learn how to structure your story and what to do when it’s finished—like editing and publishing.

Class details:

  • Held live online through Zoom
  • You’ll get the Zoom link and handouts by email before class
  • If you can’t attend live, you can still watch the recording later
  • The instructor offers support before and after class—feel free to ask questions!

What you'll learn:

  • How to write short stories (1,000–30,000 words)
  • Story structure, character development, and plot
  • What to do after your story is written

Handouts are included in the class fee and are yours to keep.
