Online: Pate a Choux - Eclairs and Cream Puffs

Adult Enrichment / Cooking & Nutrition -
Adult W-SP 26

This fun and hands-on class takes place live on Zoom, a free online program. Before the class starts, we’ll send you instructions and a recipe by email—so please make sure we have your current email address.

In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to make pâte à choux, a light pastry dough used to create tasty desserts like cream puffs and éclairs. You’ll fill them with smooth pastry cream and top them with chocolate glaze. It’s a great way to learn new baking skills from home!

Please note: If you need to cancel and we’ve already sent you the recipe, we can’t offer a refund. However, you can contact us to transfer your spot to someone else.
