Online: North Indian Cooking

Adult Enrichment / Cooking & Nutrition -
Adult W-SP 26

This live cooking class takes place on Zoom, a free online program. We’ll send you instructions before the class starts, so please make sure we have your current email address. PDF handouts will be shared during the class.

In this class, you’ll learn how to make delicious North Indian dishes with bold flavors from spices, ghee, and cream. You’ll cook butter chicken (chicken makhani), flavored rice, and raita (a spiced yogurt side dish). You’ll also learn how to layer spices to build rich, tasty flavors.

Please note: If you need to cancel and we’ve already sent you the recipe, we can’t offer a refund. However, you may contact us to transfer your spot to someone else.
