Tai Chi and Qigong Mix It Up!

In this class, you’ll explore gentle forms of movement to help improve balance, flexibility, and body awareness. You’ll practice different tai chi and qigong forms, learn about acupressure points, and try tools like the tai chi ruler, bang stick, baoding balls, and an unweighted ball.

This class is great for most physical conditions. You should be able to turn, bend slightly, and stand for part of the time. No experience needed—just wear loose clothes and flat shoes (no sandals), and come ready to relax and feel better!

Christine has been practicing Tai Chi since the mid 80s and teaching for over 20 years. She teaches Yang Short Form, SUN Forms, Tai Chi Ruler, Bang Stick, and different forms of Qigong. Christine is a Certified Tai Chi Instructor, Certified Qigong Instructor, and Certified Level III American Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor (over 3,000 hours of teaching students).
