Enjoy a fun evening making delicious Italian favorites! You’ll start with panzanella, a toasted bread salad with fresh summer veggies and bold dressing. Then, make chicken saltimbocca—thin chicken topped with prosciutto, sage, and pan-fried artichokes, finished with a lemon caper butter sauce.

Next, learn how to make soft potato gnocchi and toss them in tasty sauces like basil pesto, marinara, and brown butter with sage. Finally, you’ll make cannoli—crispy pastry filled with sweet ricotta and mascarpone, topped with pistachios and served with warm chocolate sauce.

No experience needed—just come ready to cook and enjoy!

Founder of "Flavors from the Home", Jeff's love of food began at the Lincoln Del. He sought formal training at L'Hotel Sofitel in Bloomington, MN and Houston Texas. His 40 + year professional career has brought him to such spots as Buca Di Beppo, Figlio, Sunsets on the Bay, My Pie Pizza and the Sunshine Factory to name just a few. He's appeared on several cooking shows demonstrating his culinary wizardry but his passion is teaching and demystifying the process of gourmet cooking.
