Join us for a relaxing evening of painting and family fun. In this step-by-step acrylic painting class, each participant will create a cute bear holding a steaming cup of hot cocoa with marshmallows and a colorful background. No experience is needed—our instructor will guide you through the entire process, making it easy and enjoyable. After painting, we’ll celebrate with cupcakes. Everyone will complete their own 11” x 14” canvas masterpiece. The fee is per person, and all supplies are included.
Lisa Van Wyk, a passionate art educator for over 19 years, is the owner of Art Innovators & KidzArt. These enrichment programs are Lisa's way of fostering the creative spark in minds of all ages.
With a B.A. in Fine Arts from Hamline University and a M.A. in Art Education from the University of Minnesota, Lisa brings a strong foundation in artistic practice and pedagogy to her teaching. But for Lisa, art is more than just technique. It's about embracing the freedom to explore, to take risks, and to trust your own creative vision.
