Learn how to grow small, healthy plants called microgreens indoors without using soil! In this hands-on class, you’ll use a method called hydroponics, which grows plants in water instead of dirt. This simple process lets you grow fresh food year-round, even during the winter, without chemicals or pesticides. During class, you’ll start your own microgreens and take them home to keep growing.
