We offer screening appointments at three convenient locations: Arbor View Early Childhood Center; Brooklyn Park Library and Willow Lane Early Childhood Center

The Early Childhood Parent Advisory Council (ECPTO) consists of families dedicated to supporting Osseo Area Schools Early Childhood and Family Education programs - ECFE, Preschool and PreK, and Early Childhood Screening.
Classes specifically designed for parents and infants. Families stay together the entire class time. Registration is based on the age of the child at the start date of each class.
Mixed Age adventures for parents and children age birth to 5 years old. Parent and child separating time will be determined by the needs of the group.

At our regular meetings, we discuss various topics like program policies, fees, and services. Parent input is highly valued in helping improve the quality and accessibility of all our programs, including ECFE, Preschool, PreK, and Early Childhood Screening.
Join Us for the Next ECPTO Meeting
You're invited to our next Early Childhood Parent Teacher Organization (ECPTO) meeting. This is a wonderful opportunity for parents and guardians to connect, share ideas, and help shape the future of our early childhood programs. We will be offering a hybrid model, so you can attend in-person at Arbor View Early Childhood Center or join virtually.
Limited free childcare (called sib care when registering) will be provided during the meeting. A family-friendly dinner follows the meeting. WeWe’re excited to connect with you—your voice matters!
