For parents or caregivers with newborns from birth to 12 weeks.
The first 12 weeks postpartum, often called the fourth trimester, are crucial for mom and baby. This class covers the realities of this time, offering essential resources and building awareness that challenges are normal. You’ll weigh and measure your newborn, track their growth and get information on sleep, attachment, development and mental health. Join us to build a supportive community of families; sharing experiences, learning and growing together.
