For families with children ages 18 months/strong walkers to age 3.
The class is based on movement, songs, stories and fun! Young children develop foundational language, gross motor coordination, social skills and self-confidence. Caregivers get to stretch and relax too. No previous yoga experience necessary.
Bring a yoga mat or beach towel for each participant. Adult participants must be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.
