For children from age 4 up to third grade. (Caregivers and their children ages 4-8)
Create a routine in your family life that will foster connection and develop healthy habits that last a lifetime. This fun family-centered class will help all participants deepen their breath, stretch their spines, and relax their body and mind…together. Partner poses, cooperative games, songs, and stories will expand the yoga practice from your mat into your home! No previous yoga experience necessary.
Bring a yoga mat or beach towel for each participant. Adult participants must be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.
