The Circle of Security Parenting™ (COSP) program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened. This specialized class, created by Circle of Security International, is led by a registered COSP facilitator. Each session includes videos, skill-building, reflection, and discussion.
