The Early Childhood Parent Advisory Council (ECPTO) consists of families dedicated to supporting Osseo Area Schools Early Childhood and Family Education programs - ECFE, Preschool and PreK, and Early Childhood Screening.
Connect, play, and learn with your baby in a space made just for infants. Explore songs, routines, and parenting topics—all with your baby by your side. Register based on your child’s age when the class starts.
Play, explore, and grow with your one-year-old. Parent time covers real-life topics like safety, language, and routines. Separation based on group comfort. Registration is based on the age of the child at the start date of each class.
Parenting support from the comfort of home. Connect with others and a licensed parent educator on Google Meet. Class details and login info will be emailed before the first session.
One-time Saturday classes for families with young children—indoors, outdoors, and always full of fun. Explore hands-on themes, yoga, and nature play together. Register based on your child’s age when the class starts.

Yoga for every stage—baby, toddler, preschooler, or young child (ages 4–8). Stretch, move, and connect through playful, age-appropriate yoga. No experience needed. Register based on your child’s age when the class starts.

Screening is a FREE Service for All Osseo Area Schools Children. (Watch a short video Screening Video).
*All Children complete Early Childhood Screening prior to enrolling in kindergarten. Available for children ages 3-5; ideal time for screening is between ages 3 and 4.
*Simple check of vision, hearing, height, weight and development (not a substitute for comprehensive eye exam).
*Brief review of health history and immunizations

Note: There is no charge for screening, but you must add this course to your cart and complete the checkout process to be enrolled. An email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm your appointment enrollment. You will also receive an email reminder a couple days prior to the appointment.
