Bring your own creations to life in this 3D printing class. The ancient craft of jewelry making is brought to the modern world using TinkerCAD and 3D printers. You will learn to build 2D and 3D models on the computer using CAD software. You will design and print a pair of earrings, a ring, or a pendant in this camp. You will get to bring home two of your 3D creations and other beaded creations.

Design, develop, and create 3D virtual reality environments and characters to make your own 3D games and other virtual reality environments. This camp is ideal if you are passionate about technology, coding, and want to explore the limitless possibilities of VR. VR programs can be viewed on most mobile phones, and VR Systems like oculus or google cardboard. Bring a USB drive to camp.

Become a digital music superstar! Create killer beats, remix awesome tracks, and learn to make music videos. No experience needed, just your love of music and videos. Use sound effects, video clips and mix it all into a masterpiece. You will learn how to create lyric videos where words come to life and music videos with video clips and special effects. Bring your own headphones and USB (at least 8 GB) to camp.

From a galaxy far away Star Wars comes to life. Work on stop-motion animated Star Wars short. You will create and design out-of-this-world scenes, vehicles, starships, and props. Learn the entire digital filmmaking process from start to finish. Create Star Wars animation and participate in other Star Wars-themed coding activities throughout the week. Get energized and excited for this camp that combines the LEGO® building system’s versatility and the Mindstorms EV3 (most sophisticated microcomputer brick ever made by LEGO®). Working in teams, you will construct fun LEGO® models, experiment with programs, and compete in robotic challenges. Robot building, block programming, and teamwork will be part of each day’s activities. The final challenges will be centered around hitting targets and sumo battle.
