Mixed Age adventures for parents and children age birth to 5 years old. Parent and child separating time will be determined by the needs of the group.

Teenagers have a reputation, but parenting teens doesn't have to be terrifying. I explain adolescent brain changes behind teen behavior, making communication with them less confusing. You'll receive some tips and ideas that make a noticeable difference with your teen right away.
I help alleviate communication confusion between parents and teens. My path to becoming a Certified Parent Coach came from many years of full-time parenting after my initial career as an ECFE teacher. I’ve always enjoyed talking with parents about finding their strengths and sharing insight. With explanation comes understanding and sometimes teen behavior needs explanation. I enjoy walking alongside parents to help them better understand their teens’ behavior. I live in Plymouth with my husband and am a mom to three young adults, so parenting teens is fresh on my mind. I like spending my free time reading, being outdoors in my garden and cooking & entertaining. I look forward to meeting you!
